A B&W line art was created from original colour photo using Paintshop Pro9. Three additional layers added. Each layer was filled with a single colour – green, pink and yellowish brown. A mask was added to each layer and filled with black. Then details of the original image were painted with white to reveal that layer’s colour. For example, on the green filled layer, the leaves were painted and on the pink layer, the flower petals were painted and finally on the yellowish brown layer, the flower centers and flower buds were painted.
